The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful balcony providing a lovely view. However, the lack of variety in tea, coffee, and snacks, along with uncomfortable pillows, made it a bit basic for my tastes.

The resort boasts spacious and well-equipped rooms, making for a comfortable stay. While the service from the staff could use improvement in communication skills, the location is perfect, especially with the friendly assistance of Youssef at the reception. The dining options have great variety but may have occasional lapses in quality. Overall, a good value for the price paid.

My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The pool view room I had was scrupulously clean, quiet, and remarkably comfortable, offering amazing relaxation. However, the absence of Wi-Fi in the room was a small inconvenience.
